A restaurant consultant offers the restaurant owner the exclusivity of their time, and their credible experience and knowledge to assist with the identification of problem and developmental areas in the business environment and to make practical recommendations on improvements.

They can advise on a variety of issues including; staff development and training, financial matters, administrative procedures, and technology and information systems.

The consultant can provide the restaurant owner with a full written report on their findings and recommendations and/or they can take a hands-on-approach to assist with the implementation of their recommendations.
